The Ribbon & Reed ring pull is crafted using traditional sand-casting methods, where molten brass is poured into highly detailed molds and each piece is ground and polished by hand. The result is a historically accurate design with crisp detailing and enduring quality.
Both the ring and backplate are made from solid brass and hand polished for a refined finish. Wall mount screws are solid steel, echoing the construction methods used in early hardware manufacturing. This authentic historic pattern is well suited for period furniture, hutches, and classic kitchen cabinetry.
As shown, the pull mounts with a single machine screw near the top. An optional front set screw can be installed to prevent the ring from rotating.
Available finishes include antique brass, black bronze, satin nickel, and polished brass.
Polished brass is an unlacquered living finish that will naturally darken over time, and slight variations between pieces are normal. All other finishes will not tarnish. For a long-lasting high-shine finish, lacquered brass is available as a custom order.
