30 Day Returns

(RETURNS MUST ARRIVE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY DATE)

Note: Old and Antique hardware original pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. We do not offer exchanges. Simply return items you do not wish to keep and order new items. Order cancellations require approval and are subject to an 18% reprocessing fee. By completing your checkout, you agree to this policy.

For All Returns

1. Must be in original condition.

2. We only accept returns for refunds (with 25% restocking fee), or replacement for a defective item(s).

3. We fully inspect all items - defective item return shipping is solely the responsibility of the BUYER.

4. Under no circumstances will we provide a free return label.

5. Return orders will not be processed without an original receipt

6. Ship returns in a padded envelope or box. Do not use a paper envelope.

7. Note: You must request a RAN (Return Authorization Number) before returning any goods to us. To request a RAN, you can email us at sales@coppermountainhardware.com.

8. We recommend shipping with a tracking number and shipping receipt.

9. Shipping is non-refundable.

Note: Be respectful of the return policy. Customers who return a large number of items repeatedly will be flagged by our system and Copper Mountain Hardware reserves the right to refuse service to any customer found to be abusing our return policy. NOTE: We do not warranty glass or crystal components.

Damaged Goods

If your item came to your doorstep damaged or in error please contact us immediately via e-mail at sales@coppermountainhardware.com and we will remedy the situation. Damaged and incorrect merchandise must be reported within 7 days of the shipping date. Beyond 7 days items are no longer eligible to be covered under a damage claim.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations must be approved by our company. As the manufacturer, we typically do not approve cancellations. To request a cancellation, please email us. Please note that not all products may be in stock for immediate delivery as indicated at checkout. All cancellations, regardless of the reason, are subject to a 15% reprocessing fee, which you agree to at checkout.
