30 DAY RETURN POLICY
As a manufacturer, we do not offer exchanges. Instead, you can simply return items you do not wish to keep and order new items directly.
- Items must be in original condition with all original packaging.
- We accept returns for refunds to your credit card. They are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- We fully inspect all items - defective item return shipping is solely the responsibility of the buyer.
- Under no circumstances will we provide a free return label.
- You must request a RAN (Return Authorization Number) before returning any goods to us. To request a RAN, you can email us at sales@coppermountainhardware.com.
We recommend shipping with a tracking number and shipping receipt. The original charges for shipping is non-refundable.
DAMAGED GOODS
If your item came to your doorstep damaged or in error please contact us immediately via e-mail at sales@coppermountainhardware.com and we will remedy the situation. Damaged and incorrect merchandise must be reported within 7 days of the shipping date. Beyond 7 days items
are no longer eligible to be covered under a damage claim.
