This Eastlake style sash lift features ornate detailing inspired by late 19th-century decorative hardware. Its classic design makes it an excellent choice for historic window restorations, period homes, and traditional interiors.

The sash lift measures approximately 3 inches wide by 1 1/2 inches tall with a 1 1/4 inch projection, providing a comfortable grip when raising or lowering sash windows.

Crafted from solid brass for durability and long-lasting performance, this lift comes complete with mounting hardware for easy installation.

Polished brass is an unlacquered living finish that will naturally darken over time, and slight variations between pieces are normal. All other finishes will not tarnish. For a long-lasting high-shine finish, lacquered brass is available as a custom order.
