The latch alone measures 3 inch long by 1/2 inch tall with a projection of 2/3 inch. The base plate measures 2 1/2 inch long by 1 1/4 inch wide. This product comes as an unlacquered natural brass and it will patina over time.
A high strength lacquer coating is available upon request. The catch measures 2 1/2 inch long by 1 1/4 inch wide. Fully reversible - will work with both left-handed and right-handed doors. Comes complete with mounting hardware. Available in either polished brass or black bronze.
Polished brass is an unlacquered living finish that will naturally darken over time, and slight variations between pieces are normal. All other finishes will not tarnish. For a long-lasting high-shine finish, lacquered brass is available as a custom order.
