This Copper Mountain Hardware dummy bolt is designed to securely attach Copper Mountain Hardware door knobs to rosettes or backplates in a dummy (non-turning) configuration. It provides a simple and reliable solution for installing decorative or fixed door knobs on doors where a latch mechanism is not required.

Depending on the specific knob and rosette combination, a washer (not included) may be used to help achieve a secure fit.

If your door does not already have a borehole, light countersinking may be recommended to allow the bolt to sit flush, creating a clean and integrated installation.
